Waited months for my appt along with my daughter’s appt who is only 13 but dealing with skin issues. Dr Costa was rude, abrasive, had no concern for our issues. Offered no help. every time i tried to speak she talked over me and cut me off. Told my daughter what she is dealing with is for life so get use to it. Terrible treatment. Offered no help no suggestions and rushed us through. Didn’t even look at 75% of what we went there for. Stay away!! Ignorant person.
Dr Costa was rude, arrogant, not helpful at all. Waited MONTHS for the appt to be treated like crap. Didn’t take the time to listen to me about what was going on or even try to possibly help me. My daughter had an appt as well. She was very ignorant with her diagnosis made my daughter feel badly. Worst doctor and experience. I highly suggest people find someone else.

I originally came to Dr. Costa about 2 1/2 years ago when I developed an unusual skin condition on my face. I had seen primary care physicians, dermatologists, allergists, and even a dentist to figure out what the condition was. By the time I found Dr. Costa, I was down to eating only plain oatmeal each day due to the symptoms of the condition. I've been a patient of Dr. Costa for several years and found her to be an excellent dermatologist. She is thorough and makes you feel that her patient is special. I wouldn't consider going to anyone else.
It was my first visit to Dr Costa and I found the office very professionally run. I felt the check up was thorough, but was not asked about other skin issues in the past and didn’t think the medications were explained very well. I did like the doctor very much and would use her in the future.
