I am so grateful to Sierra for her help in preserving my breastfeeding journey! My newborn had an undiagnosed tongue tie and Sierra was the only provider who identified that there was an oral issue at the root of his decreased milk transfer and slow weight gain. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my lactation specialist. I breastfed my first child for 9 months, so I thought I knew what to expect, but this journey has taught me that every baby and every breastfeeding experience is completely different. Sierra is kind, knowledgeable, and so patient. I left our appointment feeling empowered and confident in my breastfeeding journey. She thoroughly answered mine & my spouse's questions, and gave clear demonstrations and hands-on support. While we did receive lactation support in the hospital, Sierra provided much more individualized support and education.She is so encouraging!
