As a huge Mejuri fan, I was elated to see that they had opened a location in Georgetown. The crew was SO helpful and kind when I was being indecisive about building my new ear stack, especially Stephanie and Jude. I plan to get pierced here by Jude on my next visit, and am already eyeing their cute piercing jewelry options. I continue to be impressed with Mejuri’s customer service & quality, as a long-time customer!
Walked into Mejuri with two of my friends just to browse, but no one greeted us. Meanwhile other customers were welcomed with smiles and even offered “snacks and refreshments” or help, which felt a little weird, but it was fine whatever. Had a great experience shopping in store and had two pieces ordered from online. Typed my email wrong in store & never got a shipping confirmation - called a few weeks later and they were SO helpful in locating my order and updating my account! No automated AI answering service - quick, reliable and kind! 10/10!!
Bought ring in store and they said they would ship to my house, they shipped the wrong ring to the wrong address and now have gone radio silent. First their solution was to charge us for a second purchase until they got the first ring back, which I refused, then they said they would provide a return label and then would send us a replacement and haven’t responded since.
