Picked up a pair of earrings here as a Christmas present for my fiancé. They said they had it in stock and brought it out nicely packaged and ready to go. The jewelry is nice, I was definitely able to find quality pieces within my budget, but the man(i believe his name is Rudy) was very rude. I felt rushed by him to hurry up and shop, as if I was a burden for being in the store, even though it was far from closing time. Nice jewelry but the customer service wasn’t it
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Please do NOT buy jewelry from this store. I purchased a diamond bracelet that repeatedly fell off due to a defective clasp. I went to the Walnut Street location, where they gave me a replacement, but that bracelet also kept falling off my wrist. I lost this bracelet multiple times because of how poor the quality is. I am extremely disappointed and feel discriminated against following my experience with this store. We approached the locked door which was subsequently opened by Rudy. Despite there not being a single customer in the store, he asked if we had an appointment- we did not, so he to tell us that we had to wait outside (which it’s a cold snowing winter day) or make an appointment because he had someone with an appointment already coming into the store.
