Terrible customer service response time by email - took near a week several times. By phone, no one picks up, it just rings. By chat on the website, it says it is not business hours, inspite of initiating a conversation during said business hours. Package was lost by ***** for three weeks. Do not purchase form this company. Their pieces are very expensive so you think they are good quality, but they absolutely are not. My 14K gold earrings that I paid $348 for became so bent within the first 2 years of purchasing that I cannot wear them anymore. I tried to make a warranty claim but it was denied because it was not a "manufacturing defect." Now I'm out $348 with no product.
Some beautiful designs and Ive spent at least 4k on mejuri. I bought a ring in 2023 during the Black Friday sale for a discounted price of $1560 on a ring they said was originally $1900. But if you check the price of the Pav Diamond ******************** its listed as $1600 (as of 2025) absolutely disappointing and I honestly feel scammed. I like to check BBB before purchasing expensive jewelry online. I saw that mejuri had no reviews and I LOVE this company, so I have to change that. I have purchased many gold products from mejuri and the only negative I can say is that I cant stop wanting to purchase more lol.
