Best care team in Fairfield, but worst front office staff I’ve encountered. We have loved going there for years, but had to leave. They kept cancelling our appointments then scheduling us 6-12 months out - then cancelled my son's appointment because he hadn’t been seen in over 12 months! I tried getting ahold of the manager but you have to leave a message for her and she won’t talk to you! Such a shame. What a joke.

They are the best Dentists we have been to with the worst front staff ever! We have been going here for over 7 years and it was always a great experience until recently the office staff have made it so bad that we will never return.

Service has been good, but they took on too many patients and are not able to schedule within 6 months for existing patients. They had to cancel our sons appointment because of a sick hygienist and are saying can't schedule until 7 months from now. Also currently in waiting room 15 mins past scheduled time and no dentist today. I would look elsewhere. Update: Now they cancelled my wife's appointment with no ability to reschedule for months. We are moving on.

Went there 6yrs ago to get something fixed it still not fixed. And as a long Time patient you would think you could get your teeth cleaned twice a year but they scheduled out over a year so will be get a new Dentist. And there Estimates are always higher than they quote
