It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure here. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. The assistant forgot to do a process correctly resulting in expensive restorations and complications. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. The dentist was friendly at times. They weren't overly nice, Always tried to do procedures that where not really necessary, and treated me roughly at times..... awful experience indeed.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. They were qualified and knowledgeable, but kind of made me feel stupid. I could see they've been doing their job well for quite a while, but still could not make me feel at ease. They were late a few times to my appointments, and i was usually at lunch break so i had to rush back to the office. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. While the facilities were very nice and the location is great, this was by far the worst experience of any kind within a doctors office I had. The staff was excellent and all to helpful so I was very optimistic about the whole thing, only when I actually spoke to the dentist did everything sour. I had a badly absessed tooth that allowed me one hour of sleep though I tried for nine.
