Well, I came in for a simple oil change ended up seeing a few little other things wrong so I decided since I was there go ahead. The people brought the wrong item so I had to wait longer. I watched two movies i would never have watched Dana. He was great funny
Really appreciate the manager at this location. I had an issue a few months back with scheduling and delays, and he took full responsibility and promised to make it right. Came back months later for an oil change and he remembered everything without me even having to mention it, and honored his word. That level of honesty and accountability is rare. Extremely professional, kind, and genuinely customer-focused. This is the type of management that earns trust and keeps people coming back.
We were on vacation from Minnesota when we noticed our rear brakes needed replacing. We only had about 3 hours to get the repairs done due to vacation scheduling, and they did it within the requested time. Great service and fantastic assistance!
