This is the second time I have been to this location and the customer service was excellent!
5 stars honest , skilled and respectful . I can’t recommend enough ! As a woman , it can sometimes feel intimidating going into a mechanic shop , but these guys are professional and completely transparent from start to finish , they got the job done quickly and at a fair price .
The price quote for brake pads over the phone was less than the eventual cost, which was more than $1,000. My Audi car said pads were needed, but Meineke said rotor work was needed as well. The final cost with a $100 coupon was supposed to be $1044, but Mike failed to include the additional cost if a VISA card was used for payment. Second time being here since moving to the neighborhood had excellent work done by excellent staff that was able to get to my car issues and solve them in no time thank you so much guys.
They were really good and fast. I took my car and got my car the same day. They really affordable too
