Just waited an hour today after my appointment time and they haven’t even opened yet! Made my appointment last week! Waste of my time!
I had a phenomenal experience with the team at this Meineke location! The hospitality was off the charts, and Josh kept me aware in each step of my repairs, explaining things in a fashion that I can understand easily. I had a litany of issues, but everything was done efficiently and in a short amount of time by Gabe, the tech, and they thoroughly made sure the repairs were fully fixed before letting me leave! I will definitely be back!
If u have car troubles I recommend meineke there mechanics are very good and josh makes your experience less stressful!!good customer service
