Had ignition problem. Towed the car to the dealership for "open recall work" that was approved by the front office at Bill Estes Chevrolet. Service manager refused to provide the work under the recall. Wanted to charge $764 for the repair. After a week I towed the car to Meineke. Ignition only needed a pin and a spring and was fixed for $12. Dealership said my car needed $2700 of engine work on a motor that has already been rebuilt. If I could leave 0 stars I would , paid 2400 for service on vehicle and had to wait almost 2 weeks to get my vehicle and it wasn’t even touched when I came to pick it up the techs are horrible except Adrian he’s the only helpful one and the manager Nicole she’s is resourceful please avoid this store for all car repair needs
