Currently sitting in the Meineke parking lot waiting for AAA to tow my sister's car to another repair shop. They have had it for 2 weeks, switching between another Meineke repair shop on South Emerson. The issue was, the car would not start. She had the battery tested, it's 100%. Meineke claims the car won't start because of the battery. They didn't test the starter or the alternator. Her car is locked so she doesn't know if it will start. She can't get into it. Scheduled appointment online at 5 to drop my car off for an oil change and brake check. Showed up 4:45 and told me they only take calls and the online system isn't used. What's the point of an online booking website if you ignore it. Waste of my time.

I scheduled a appointment for a basic oil change on my four cylinder truck for $39.95, I was told they couldn't do a oil change on my vehicle and I needed a oil flush for $160.00.As a paying customer i should've received the service that was advertised and not a up-sale menuever for other and costly repairs.
