Was having struts inspection. While other places didn't charge, this Meineke charged over $100 - where you only get money back if you use them. Their estimate was at least $200 higher than other estimates.
If i could give less then one star i would…mind you i paid $3,400 to get brakes front and back and the rear suspension, so i paid a pretty penny you would think they would take care of the vehicle during its stay at the ship but. I had a very disappointing experience with Meineke at 4101 Keystone. My vehicle was not completed within the time frame I was promised, and during the repair, additional parts were damaged, which caused even more delays. Lazy scammers trying to take advantage of people. Charged for services i never received. Cussed me out and told me to show up with cops to get my shit. Disrespectful and have no business "working" on cars. Complaints have been filed with corporate, the better business bureau and the state attorney general's office.
