Made an appointment for 8 am. Showed up early, was told the mechanics don’t arrive til 8. Ok, I get it, I’m early. I went and sat in my car until 8 am. I go back in, was not greeted, and sat down in the lobby. I waited 15 minutes. I was not acknowledged. No one else came in. No mechanics in sight. I just left.
