Tom is usually there when I drop off my car. My oil change is usually a little of $25. They had a person I didn’t know who came off kinda condescending, but he charge me $43 on my oil change I wasn’t happy
Told me to wait a week and bring it back. Told me to drive it 200 miles and the light would go off. Here we are 400 miles later and a week later and it’s still on. This place is a joke and the people who work here don’t know anything. I came back in and you didn’t even come from behind the truck to look at my truck. I will be contacting corporate and getting my money back!
Terrible experience. First, the front desk guy, Anders or Andrew, was rude to me for no reason at all. I made an appointment for breaks and he was very short with me saying what I described didn’t sound like a brakes problem and then he said they were so busy it would take hours, he was very short with me. Then, when he was helping the lady behind me he says, “ I hate that they let you make appointments, we are so busy that I won’t get to leave on time and anyone who doesn’t get here in time won’t get their car until Monday”... read more
Vehicle taken in for check engine code for o2 sensors, first invoice sent was for brakes. They said they did my brakes and o2 sensors in 2 hours and charged me over 2 grand and my truck had check engine light on when I picked it up. Waste of time and money along with an unprofessional staff that told me to google it.
Didn’t top my fluids l, took walk ins before my appt time, didn’t rotate my tires. Waste of time and money:
