Fixed my a/c problem!
The one person doing all the oil changes was somewhat overwhelmed. The other two techs were setting around not doing much of anything as though it was beneath them to do an oil change. Not impressed with what I observed. I arrived at 9:45 for a 10:00 appointment and did not leave until 12:50.
Guess I should have learned the first time. I scheduled an oils change and tire rotation. I booked an appointment. I received a text message to approve work on another persons car. Called and supposedly a computer glitch. When I went to pick up the vehicle they had not rotated the tires. Sorry doesn’t cut it. I won’t be back
Jordan was extremely helpful both times I’ve been in. I don’t know a whole lot about mechanic work, but he never talked down to me or made me feel stupid for asking questions. He was patient, kind, and explained things in a way that made sense. I also couldn’t help but notice that the guys in the shop seemed like they were having way too much fun working together — and I mean that as a compliment. Tried to say my tire rods and struts needed replaced when they are perfectly fine and tried to charge me an outrageous 3200 dollars when it was a simple sway bar link that is a 35 dollar part!!!
