Customer service was great. They explained in detail what needs to be done now and what could wait for a while. My first time with meineke and I must say I was impressed.
Good work but over promised on getting work done . Lengthy delay in getting vehicles done and no communication as to status
The manager made sure I got great service, an affordable price and was able to get back on the road safely .
