On Saturday October 3, 2015 I took my car to the Meineke to get my wheel bearings worked on. I was given a previous quote of $506 from the employee Don Brooks. I gave the quote to the manager Sal who was setting me up to get my car worked on. I dropped my car off. I called back at 2pm and asked when will my car be ready to get picked up, the manager Sal told me it will be ready by 2:30pm. At 2:30pm I was called back by Don who said there was bad news. I went three weeks ago for an estimate on a catalytic converter for my 04 explorer. The gentleman who helped was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained everything in great detail. Went back today with the estimate receipt and he performed the job in under an hour and a half and my car is running great. Will definitely recommend any to service their care there. Will return there for further car issues. Oh I almost forgot the price was very reasonable not over priced like nearby establishments.

They didn't just tell me what was wrong with my car, they showed me. Everything that they said needed to be fixed did indeed need it. I felt the parts that were ground away, shown was was being corroded. Very trustworthy and up-front. Even asked if I would like a ride home during the wait.

This auto shop is by far the best I've been to in years. The staff felt like old friends right when I stepped in the door. I was met by the owner. Before any talk of price, he did a free diagnostics test and recommended which oil change package was best for me. Also his mechanic found three nails in my right front tire right off the bat! And showed me that they were overdue for a change and pointed out all the signs to me to ensure there was no funny business going on. This is my all time favorite mechanic shop. Ed is really nice. He is trustworthy and quick when it comes to jobs. I come here for oil changes and check engine lights and he finds whatever problems i have very quickly.

I was expecting a huge estimate, just because I know how expensive brakes can be to repair. The estimate was 1/2 of what I was expecting. I was shocked, thinking to myself, "well I have all this "extra" money, I wonder if I should get more done?!". It was a nice change of pace, compared to how i'm usually telling mechanics, "no, I don't need new wind shield wipers, no I don't need you to do an all around hose, and belt replacement, etc.."

In my most recent oil change I came with a ton of cars in the area. I was supposed to wait for about an hour. I told him that was fine since my class was not for a couple hours. A few mins later he tells me I won't have to wait that long and that he's gonna pull my car in to get worked on!
