The staff were friendly and pleasant. I was here over the weekend but had to come no Monday. They kept me updated on what was going with my vehicle and they got the job done. Only reason I didn't rate a 5 is due to cleanliness of the bathroom over the weekend
I am not satisfied. I was told I needed the intake and out take solenoid replace. On Saturday the 22nd. On Sunday the 23rd now I am getting fir the first time a dash notice saying to service my power steering system and there is a metal popping sound coming from the front driver side
Took my car in because the check engine light came on. Provided the paper that I got from Autozone that showed which code was fired. Was told Meineke had to run their own diagnostic, which was fine, but then their system wouldn’t connect to my car’s computer. Was told it would be a while before they could take my car back (despite having scheduled an appt days earlier). They finally took my car back and sat there for two hours only to be told that because their reader wouldn’t connect to my car they couldn’t fully diagnosis ... read more
