The service i was there for was done in a quick and efficient manner the gentleman that took care of me was very polite and i was very happy with the whole experience and ill differently be back and recommend r them . Thanks for everything see ya nexttime

Was quick was friendly I asked to look under my car when they put it on the lift so I can see something and they let me and I appreciate it I have an oil leak but that's my first experience and it was a good one
If I could give negative stars I would. I thought the Meineke on west Washington street was an honest business. I took my car in to have the brakes looked at, no issues, just checking. Manager says pads and rotors need replaced and the cost will be $1200. I said I would think about it. Went to get another estimate, mechanic showed me the pads and rotors looked new and to check them again after next winter!! C’mon Meineke. You don’t have to be dishonest to make a living. I went there to get exhaust leaks fixed and catalytic converter replaced instead I left with bad welds and they added more leaks they tried to cover up bad welds with Jb weld on a exhaust instead of welding the pipes completely then told me the leaks I seen and felt was oil burning lol. so now I get even more exhaust fumes in the cab.they tried to charge me almost 900 dollars for that mess. On top of that pretty sure that's the wrong converter
