I came in for the free einspection they offer and I’m very glad I did. As a woman I don’t like going to autoshops alone due to them pushing services and charges on me but they didn’t push any services and Joel, the tech who inspected my vehicle, was cool and explained to me what i needed done and answered any questions I had. Will definitely be coming back.
I am being kind with 3 stars, because they deserve 1. The only person I interacted with here was the regional manager, Dana. He gave off great vibes and I'm a great jidge of character. Unfortunately, he was only at the shop the day I dropped my vehicle off. I believe if he were there longer, I would not have had the results I had. Excellent Service and Pricing!! The Fact that they are OPEN on a Saturday is An A+++ for Me. They took care of my Break problem and did a full Digital Car Inspection for Free. Will be returning to Meineke for more Reasonable Car Repairs!!
After telling them three times I didn't want an alignment they did it anyway. I yelled and caused a scene and all of a sudden he found discounts for everything that knocked $200 off my bill, which means he was initially overcharging me and backed off that when I caught his scam.
