RecommendedStaff was friendly, went in for an oil change and was done when the time they estimated
took note of everything I said, kept me updated, friendly staff, car was ready day of. the problem was an easy fix and they didn't charge me, which was nice because at other auto repair shops I am often taken advantage of- not @ Meineke!

Work was done( Tie rod & Alignment) (2)months ago on my car and while driving the tie-rod came apart. No injury or accidents didn't occur do to the lack of traffic. I was able to pull over to a safe spot and in position where a AAA could pick up the vehicle. I called the shop ASAP to let them know they told me to bring the vehicle in after question what and how it came apart.
