All of the employees are paid under the table, so they can treat them like shit, and they are good guys, it is the manager TOM who sucks
Wish I would've read the reviews before I went there. Failed inspection due to poor wiper blades and front brake rotors. Went to dealer and everything was fine. Poor customer service.
These people are liars. Told me brakes and rotors were down to nothing, valve cover gasket leaking, and transmission needed work. Went to dealer and all was fine. What's up with that?!! Scammers, liars, cheats.I'll make sure no one I know ever goes there again.
Awesome place, took my 01 audi s4 in for a vibration when turning. All the other places I tried didn't know the cause and kept telling me that it was my tires out of balance. Meineke found out that my front cv axles were jumping, and that was causing the vibration. They fixed it up quick, affordable and gave me a lifetime warranty. Great place, definitely going to come back for any other issues and recommend anyone looking for a good shop to check them out.

If I could give less than one star I would!!! You guys SUCK!!! we stopped going to them because they were shit but we got a $14.95 coupon for an oil change and decided to use it, should have known. Our car was perfectly fine, zero issues. We go in for an oil change, next day our car stalls out and will not restart! Coincidence? I think not.
