I took my car to get it looked at. They fixed it. Which was overcharged. But it was after the Noeaster storm that hit our area and no one else was open. So they fixed it but I drove away and my car felt funny. I brung it back and they tried to write me up for $2300 more work. My engine mounts were loosen by them so I can come get for more work. How can these scam artists still be in business despite all the bad reviews? It was deja vu and PTSD all over again while reading all the horrible things these Meineke center has done to people. I didn't get all these warnings before taking my car there. I was passing through the town when my lights came on. These reviews are clearly not enough to protect the masses! Absolute worst place to take your vehicle. The owner/manager is the most unpleasant person I have ever met and the mechanics just like to destroy things. They destroyed 3 rims and stripped 32 lug nuts and the manager says everything looks fine when it obviously does not. They refused to replace anything. So I'm stuck paying $500 to fix what they ruined. All for them to mount tires they couldn't even mount because they were "too big" when they originally said they could mount them. This franchise is not trust worthy! They don't pay their bills for services but expect to be paid when they do their service. Outstanding $3550 for services rendered to them. If I could give a "0" I would.....
