The Dallas hwy store has a new lead tech that has amazing knowledge of all makes and models both gas and diesel. ...I had an issue with my car that no other store could figure out and that tech over at Dallas hwy had it figured out in no time flat ....I will always and only bring my car to them
The people at the Dallas Hwy location stripped the lugs on my son's truck tires. One tire fell off WHEN HE WAS DRIVING!! Luckily he was not hurt and his family was not with him. It COULD have been so much worse. The employee who worked on his truck should be FIRED! I only hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. And they can be sure no one in my family will be customers of theirs in the future!
