Had our front brakes worked on. After leaving, a new sound was noticed which only occurred when brakes were applied. I returned to have the issue addressed. They denied any responsibility and rather tried to re-direct me to it being a suspension bushing issue. I took the car to another mechanic, who said that the brake installation was done improperly, which they also noted on the invoice.
