RecommendedI always have such a pleasant experience at Meineke! I’ve had multiple oil changes and all 4 tires replaced here. Typically, it’s John that takes care of scheduling me and taking my payment, and he is such a nice guy. However, everyone I’ve encountered so far has been nice! I tried this place out because it was conveniently close to where I work, but now I don’t take my car anywhere else 😊

Yesterday I took my car in to get an oil change but they were honoring veterans and giving them free oil changes, so I decided to come back the next day. When I picked up my car about 20 minutes later, they said since I worked for the Police Department and came in yesterday, they wanted to give me my oil change for free as well! Manager has no customer service skills. Very short and talks down to people. Decided after I got my free estimate that I would rather take my business somewhere else, even if it is more expensive

This is my preferred shop for maintenance on my car. In my experiences, every time I have had courteous service and been informed very clearly as to what services I would benefit from having. Thank you!
Never go here, they put new ball joints on my car less then a year ago and they already need to be replaced. They broke my tire rod when they patched my tire and didn't fix it. They suck don't go to this shop for anything!
Called last Wednesday to get an appointment for an oil change. The guy on the phone told me 7:30 a.m. Monday. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was treated horribly. Guy told me I didn’t have an appointment, and acted as if I did something to offend him. He said he might be able to get to my vehicle in an hour. This isn’t the first time they’ve acted this way, but it will be the last time I have to deal with it.
