RecommendedJust did Meijer grocery delivery for the first time and gotta say 10/10. The meijer employee that shopped for me, texted me anytime they were out of the brand I wanted and asked what I’d like it replaced with and she even sent me pictures a few times. She was very kind and everything was great. Meat, fruit and veggies were perfect so you can tell she actually made sure to pick out good ones. It was a great experience, and will definitely use it again.
Employees need to pay attention to what they are doing at the time. Casher didn't scan coupons because a co-worker came up to talk to her about a guy in the store. Didn't notice until I got home. Emailed store, no reply.
Not only do you try to force us to use self check out, you don’t staff enough lanes... no matter how long the line is!! Wait times are ridiculous.
If you want to be treated like crap for no reason head to the flat rock Meijer and let Hailey V be your cashier! Extremely rude and unprofessional to customers! She must really hate her job, or working with the public.
Flat Rock Meijer is a cesspool for covid. They are allowing customers to walk around with improper masking. Countless noses are seen, along with a few mouths. I will have to go back thru construction to get to the Woodhaven Meijer if I want to stick with them.
We had groceries delivered to us tonight. Our shopper was extremely rude. He didn’t even text to let us know he was substituting or on his way. I will NEVER shop again. He left our food on our porch in a terrible way as well.
RecommendedYesterday, August 20th was my first visit to your store! I love it! Very clean, very organized and the friendliest managment staff ever! I definitely will be back and it is well worth the drive from rural Mackinaw!
Very slow service - maybe 45 lanes open and they for sure do not follow or enforce mask policy
I was a loyal customer for meijer for years and was happy when they started the mask policy. But recently the store is allowing their own employees to wear a see thru mesh masks. When you bring it up politely to them they just laugh. The store management is aware of this. When the mask policy was introduced they where enforcing it at the doors and one employee with the mesh mask was stating next to management. Hope it’s a laughing matter when they have their outbreaks.
