I refuse to go out of the way to shop at Meijer, they Left our side of town and now we are forced to shop at these high price side stores.NAHappy shopper����
Not enough people at customer service desk equals terrible service; most especially during the season of Christmas returns, idiots that have no receipts. I think it unconscionable that I waited 25 minutes for one customer to be served.
This place sucked! I can’t believe it’s meijers cause nothing was restocked
The Hill Rd. Meijer store is terrible. The management are rude and should not be allowed to be in the customer service business. They have not been taught how to talk to customers. Meijer should take a long look at their management staff and make some changes before more stores start shutting down... I am only talking about the Hill Rd. store....
My friend just called up there because she had three things of fresh broccoli that she bought there yesterday and they are full of LIVE moving bugs. They told her on the phone they'd replace them for her. Why would she want them replaced when they ALL have live bugs. She told them they should check the rest of them ( she didn't want someone else to get home with them, ewe! ) and they told her that has not necessary.
Just left meijer....i shop there frequently because it is close to home....the cashier that was scanning my items and the cashier in the next line was carrying on a personal conversation...i was never greeted by the cashier and she didnt give me my total for my groceries due to fact that after she finished scanning my items she turned to the cashier next to het to continue her conversation, while im waiting for her to turn around and hand me my receipt......wheres the professionalism!!�

Why can no one do a return after customer service closed at 10pm? The girl refused to even ask her manager to help me. Fuck you meijer, no problem taking my money but can’t help me return the broken shit you sold me
Well...I don't shop at places that try and clearance out food made for kids...like your luchables...
