This store is so continuously understaffed with cashiers, it’s insane. A multimillion dollar remodel that hilariously includes 26 checkout lanes and never more than two cashiers. The management always says they can’t find people to work. It’s a management failure, not a workforce failure.Pay a price and provide an opportunity that attracts employees. 3 times I've been to entertainment section, 3 times with no help. The 2nd and 3rd trip, had employees walk past me and ignore me. I walked to customer service to try and get help, they paged out overhead multiple times and no one came to help, I called customer service twice while standing back at the entertainment center desk and got nowhere. daughter went to Meijer Shaver Rd to pick up her prescription and was told it was already picked up. got 2 different answers from 2 diff tech one pick up time 430 the other was 410. scary they give out your prescription to someone else. Then she asked for it to be refilled by what the doctor sent over today and they refilled her old prescription. Thank goodness it wasn't a something life threatening that she had to have today. that is just careless !!!!!

the parking lot also looks horrible with the snow. since they close at 10 or 11 every night you would think they would have a better parking lot.
I was at the meat counter to purchase lobster tails. The meat department refused to service me since it was not 9 AM. I had to wait from 8:42-9 before being offered service.
