Very poor buying experience. The ladies working there are friendly and helpful but it’s when you send your new glasses away to be made that it becomes a FUBAR situation. Mine were going to take 3 weeks to be made because someone broke one of my lenses. I got a refund but got no apologies for screwing up my order and the long wait. Meijer does not own their optical store. It’s run by a private vendor. Avoid this place like the plague.
Highly recommend coming here. The doctor and Lisa were amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable.
Don't bother. Even though they had my phone and email addy, no one bothered to call when it was ready. The Rx was incorrect. Lessa was extremely rude. I ended up getting it fixed at another Meijer Optical. The optical lab is actually in New Jersey. From start to finish the whole thing took over 2 months.
Dr. Larson was super amazing. Everyone there was super helpful with a broke kid with an emergency. highly recommend
