Walked in with no appointment. Evaluated my car issue on the spot. Very pleasant and kind. Would definitely recommend!
Took my truck in because the rotors needed to be resurfaced "turned". My first red flag was the rep told me "we won't turn the rotors without replacing the brake pads and the hoses". Umm...I'm pretty sure I get to decide what gets done on my vehicle. I took it in for something that should have cost me $80 - $100 but end up being $600. Didn't need the break pads and didn't need the hoses. Had I not been in such a time crunch I would have walked away. Shame on me. Won't be going back.
Very rude and unprofessional from the jump will not be returning here.
