There were some problems with pre-paid funeral expenses, and I expect they will be remedied from the insurance side eventually. This frustrated me a great deal, but Scott Meierhoffer carefully explained the process and why the insurance company acted as they did, plus all along the way from the visitation to the funeral itself, everything was as amazing as I could have hoped for for my Mom. I hope the 1 star is deleted, and please accept the truth which is an excellent rating.
They were fantastic throughout made this process so much easier for our family and Cory the service you gave was by far the best i have ever heard.We all felt as though you knew him- thank you for taking the time to get to know him.The analogy you used at the grave site with the "tent"by far helped me the most.You made me feel like i wasn't leaving him at the grave site but the " tent" that he no longer needed.For that i thank you- on a scale of 1 to 10 you scored a 20- i am eternally very grateful to you for that.
They were awesome right down to the smallest detail. Very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them at the top of the scale. The facility is beautiful and clean. I give them 10 stars even though there are only 5 to give. Thank you for everything you did to make our day a memorable one. My grandmother Margaret Kulowski who we laid to rest yesterday with the rest of her family and parents loved your facility. Even when I was young she would take me there to see the swans. Thank you again!!
