I lived here for 6 months. One of the highest crime areas in Springfield. Although the place has good lighting mounted on the rooftops, management is too cheap to turn them on. As a result, the place shrouded in darkness and is full of prostitutes, drug dealers, and thieves. Loud screams and police is a nightly event. Multiple cases of vandalism each month.
