I agree with other reviews that Alison will spend time understanding your problem areas and focus to improve whatever muscle ailments you are experiencing. I would recommend her to others if you are looking for a customized experience in lieu of the standard routine massage.

I think all the reviews for this service are in agreement. The proprietor here is just operating so far ahead of other services I've tried. Where most others seem to have a set-in-stone routine for you, Allie (sp?) applies her clearly considerable expertise to target the muscles that need work. After discovering this one, I simply don't see a need to go anywhere else from now on.

Allie was amazing. I recently started working out again and my muscles were tight and aching. My legs were sore and shoulders had so many knots. Allie took care of it. She listened to my concerns and I felt so great leaving her studio. I love all the personal touches like the warm neck pillow. I look forward to seeing her again!
