2020 was a busy year for us, as far as real estate goes. We had a view lot to sell here in Saint George to sell. We listed it with Tyler and within a few short weeks we were at closing. Then we chose to go look for a mountain lot in Iron or Kane county. Tyler put in a lot of hours helping chase down possibilities. Then late fall, we found the perfect piece of land. There were a few tense weeks to get everything finalized and Tyler was there every step of the way. It was Tyler’s negotiating skills that put it all together.
Tyler is a great real estate agent. We moved from a Southern California to southern Utah. We initially looked at existing homes but decided on a new build and although moving across state when you can’t be there all the time to check on the progress of what’s going on may be difficult for some, Tyler made this a really wonderful experience.
