Dr Crute goes above and beyond at each appointment to listen to me and share her expertise and observations. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist. She is very professional, yet so kind and caring and geniunely interested in her patients. She spends the time with me that is needed to answer any questions I may have, never making me feel rushed through my appointments. She is also quick to reply to phone calls and emails and doesn’t keep me waiting for days.
I have been to 8 dermatologist over the last 25 years and Dr. Crute is the best one I have visited. I followed her from Westlake to Media and now to Rocky River. Unlike others, she reviews your problem and then will remediate it in the least invasive mannor possible -- unlike others who start by cutting first. My family now goes to see her and are delighted with her compassinate approach to HEALING.
The staff at Spectrum Dermatology is very welcoming and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised with the assessment and quick treatment that I received. I will return if the need arises and would highly recommend Spectrum to anyone looking for the services which Spectrum provides.
Dr.Crute always does such a good job explaining everything and walking me through options for treatment. She is extremely pleasant and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dermatologist.
