Very thorough explanation of the results. I felt like I understood without too much 'clinical-speak'. She is a professional. Definitely recommend. I wish I could post pictures of my vocal cords - that would be cool.
I had a great experience with Megan! She listened to my needs and was very thorough in her questions and exam. She walked me through the video of my scope, explaining what she was looking for and what she could/could not see there. She helped me make a plan for finding additional treatment to address the underlying cause of my vocal issues. I look forward to working with her in therapy, as I feel she really understands my needs and goals.
Megan is knowledgeable, listens well, and explains things well. I am glad to be under her care.
