Great doctor. Efficiently organized and busy practice. Friendly staff. Spacious facility with plenty of parking. I completely trust her care plan and her skill. I’m scheduling the surgery.
Dr Paulus was very nice and attentive to my problem. The PA was very good.
My hammer toe surgery performed by Dr. Paulus failed. It was a total waste of my time and money. She had no explanation as to why; in addition I was charged for each pin removed from my toes. I was never informed of this by billing or the hospital prior to my surgery. I was shocked.
