I saw Dr. Macnamara some years ago now, but she was harmful to me. She took calls during my sessions, and was monopolizing and self-congratulatory. My husband remembers me leaving sessions worse off than when I went in. She missed and minimized big issues, and then withdrew all (promised and offered by her) support as soon as I moved, stating she didn’t have any time for clients not paying her.
