Megan Norris is wonderful! She is caring and takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered, she goes the extra mile.
Megan is caring and professional. I brought my son in with a cut that required staples. The front desk told us it would be over 2 hours before we could be seen. Megan overheard from the back and got us in and out in under 30 minutes. She has a work ethic and caring attitude for people you rarely see anymore. She was kind and confident. Dr. Norris was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, and patient with my burning toddler. Listened to my concerns, and explained things very throughout. Ruled out major concerns so quickly! Everybody in the office (96th & Giles) made such a nice impact for an unsure toddler. From check-in, to the actual hands on!
