Unorganized and confusing when you walk in. And way over priced for the ice cream they make. Need practice on making milkshakes. Wouldnt go there again.

This was my first time there and even though it was extremely busy the customer service was phenomenal and the milkshakes are amazing.
only been a handful of times and never had a bad experience. they have a friendly staff, even during events where it's crowded. the milkshakes are so pretty you almost don't want to eat them, they taste even better than they look!!!! and they've added some new things to the menu like new flavors of to go shakes and dippin dots and ice cream cups or waffel cones. it's got a bit of everything for your ice cream sweet tooth craving. we love megamilkshakes!!! keep doing great things guys!!!!

This milkshake blew my mind. It looks like something you’d order in a specialty shop in New York or something, but we’ve got it right here in Harrisonburg!

Super fun evening with my daughter and her friends celebrating her 11th birthday! The girls absolutely loved it! It was fun seeing their faces as the milkshakes came out! My milkshake was delicious too!
