Okay I'm leaving this review only because of Manu. The only reason I can give the 4stars is because of him. I had been calling the 1-800 number and wasn't getting my problem solved. So I tried to call again for the third time in one day and I got Manu on the other end. He listened to my frustrations and told okay we gonna figure this out before you hang up today cause this is not okay. Long story short, i was able to get in my unit immediately with no other issues.
