RecommendedI went in to Mega Watts to get my Iphone 7 repaired and also to get a new screen for it. I was bracing myself for the fact that it was probably going to be around $200 or so, maybe more. Well, I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that it was just under $100 for everything! I couldn't believe it! Along with great and fair pricing, their staff is friendly too. I'll be sure to use you all again.

Fire the guy in the big office. I went to this establishment because I needed to have Windows 10 installed on my computer to replace Windows 7. I spoke with technician several times before leaving computer & he was very helpful & professional & went out of his way to help me understand the process. When I got computer home I realized the Windows 7 data/programs etc had not been migrated to Windows 10. When I walked into Megawatts I was carrying my husbands iPad with a broken screen. I just knew it couldn't be repaired & if so it would be too costly. However, I was wrong! They were so nice & helpful! iPad got repaired & it didn't break the bank! My husband is happy...I'm happy! Thank you Megawatts! I'll be back!
I have used Megawatts many times over the past several years and have always been more than pleased with their service. They are professional and friendly and go the extra mile to help their customer. Also, I think their prices are very fair. Definitely a thumbs up and 5 stars.
I was looking for a new Mac and MegaWatts was recommended to me by another company here in town because the other company didn't have any Apple products. As soon as I walked into the store I felt comfortable with the staff. They walked up and answered all of my questions and explained everything in layman's terms to me due to the fact that I am definitely not computer savvy. Lousy aftermarket junk with short warranties that will cost you more in the long run.
I had a cracked screen on my MacBook Pro and brought it into Matthew at MegaWatts and needed it to be done quickly (because I'm in school and use the laptop every day). Matthew was very straight up with me and told me it'll be $75 to fix and that he would try his best to get it done as fast as he can. I called to check up on it about four hours later and he said he was needing advice from the tablet repair guy that is an expert with screen replacements (apparently it is a painful and tedious process).
