Customer service goes a long way !! Tom provided everything he promised and job was completed in a very timely manner. Site was cleaned up very well. I have not found one nail in my yard which I find hard to believe. His price was in line with most quotes if not a little less with extras. Their crew was polite and helpful to answer any questions I had. Tom even went the extra mile to re-secure my eaves down spouts as the high winds had torn them away from the house. Roofing This company did an excellant job replacing my shingles. They we very courteous and took extra care to protect my "racoon fence" and my AC unit.. They did a good cleanup.

Roof Replacement We were in the market to do a roof replacement and found that the roofing business is like the wild west. We had quotes that ranged from $4000 to $17000. I honestly felt overwhelmed by the whole thing but when we asked Tom to come by for a quote he put our worries at ease. Happy repeat customer I had used Mega City Roofing about 7 years ago to replace the roofing on my house. A couple of months ago a leak developed where some shingles had blown off. I was delighted that Tom immediately honored the warranty and came out right away to fix the roof, and it is now fine. Above and beyond! Tom went above and beyond repairing my roof in the middle of a vicious winter windstorm. He was at my house within a couple hours of calling. Not only did he fix the main issue, but he repaired a number of other things that he noticed once on the roof. All for the original price quoted.

Great service I had an amazing experience with Tom at Mega City Roofing. He stuck to his word on price and timing - in fact he showed up early. It was freezing outside and he didn't complain for one second. He fixed some spots on my roof and on my Father's roof. I can tell he's very knowledgeable and very meticulous with his work. I would definitely recommend him for roof repair and replacement.

Prompt and thorough service I had my roofing redone this summer by Mega City Roofing and would gladly refer them to friends and family (which I did). I tried to contact a few roofing companies for a quote but received no responses.
