This place is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Me and my wife spent over 5,000$ in here less then a year ago I have since taken the ring two four different jewelry store where each an everyone of them told me the exact same thing was wrong with it but when I took it back to mees instead of trying to fix the problem they argued an talked to my wife like she was stupid. Hannah is GREAT, very patient, kind and educational with the "C" s of diamonds. I was getting confused bc I liked them all and was getting tired. Was going to come back after work when her mom walked up and picked out a ring that was in front of us all but did not notice. Made us a great offer and put it in a white gold setting that I wanted. I picked it up after work and it is beautiful. I think I wore them out. Will be a return customer. Thank you

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings here and the service was excellent. They made us feel right at home. We weren't rushed or pressured into anything. They also were very appreciative to my husband's service in the military. I would definitely come back for future purchases!!
