DR. Nyguen should take his talent far from this organization. The staff is unqualified and inept. They are from the bottom of any employable personnel barrel. There is no one in "charge" to speak to and no one employed there that cares about the patient. I was told to find another DOCTOR by the staff! Can you imagine that. I have lost my N.Y. workers Comp Case from 2010 because there was no medical report for my attorneys to use. RUN if you can.
Never did see her! It’s September and she is not seeing new patients until April! Ridiculous! By then my MRI will be outdated and I’ll have to have another.
Overcharge you co-pays call up to fix get laughed AT even told they don't care about bad reviews DO NOT GO HERE
Sime Ocala & Gainesville has fallen apart. The Company lost some very key staff, and unfortunately, they can not provide service to their Customers! Good Luck...

I would like to make a formal complaint against Dr. Larissa Lim. She was covering for Dr. Timothy Elder, who is my mothers GP, during the time my mother, Marie Joey Owen, was in the hospital at North Florida Regional, dates: March 10 - 21, 2023. This place has exceeded bad service and moved into the realm of malpractice (really no practice) as far as I'm concerned. I have had two horrible experiences there so I finally wrote a review to let other people know. The first bad experience occurred prior to the COVID pandemic with my daughter. She was sick and had a severe asthma attack while in the waiting room. I asked for a nebulizer since she was having trouble breathing. Dr. Nguyen, pronounced Dr. Winn, is the best doctor I’ve seen. He genuinely cares about his patients and wants the very best for them. He listens to my complaints then forms an action plan. He was my late husbands pain physician for 3 yrs. We both have praise for a compassionate doctor. If you need to speak with me about Dr. Winn, feel free to call me.
