The office staff is extremely incompetent and rude to the patients. They schedule 3 patient for the same time. At 9:00 in the morning, her staff is already asking people in the waiting room if they want to reschedule that the doctor is running 2 hours late. That is ridiculous. My appointment was at 9:00 am and I did not get in the back until 1:30pm. Then had to wait another hour and a half before the doctor came in the room. That is unacceptable!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Don't get me wrong, Jain is a great doctor, BUT THE OFFICE IS THE WORST. THEY DON'T APPRECIATE YOU AT ALL!! WINDOW IS ALWAYS CLOSED AND OPENS WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE. THEY OVERBOOK SO IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT 11AM, YOU WON'T BE SEEN UNTIL 3PM. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT.... MOST FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE EVER. FIND ANOTHER PLACE BECAUSE THIS OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

Dr. Jain was great! I was a new Patient and although her wait is a little lengthly it is well worth it. The front desk (Roxy)helped me get my insurance in order, the the young lady in the back(Julie) brought me in did all my vitals and took me straight back to a room to ask me questions. Sometimes these offices make you feel very uncomfy but although she told me she was only there for about 1.5 months she was very kind and helped me with all of the info that Dr. Jain needed. Horrid experience! She overbooks so be prepared to wait 2 hours or more! She tells everyone they have endo so that she can perform surgery! She tells everyone they need a urodynamic test. She charges 350 for a new patient visit and another 100 plus for the pelvic exam not to mention the pap smear which she will send to her lab not the contracted by your insurance leading to another bill in your mailbox! You will wait, get an incorrect diagnosis and pay more than should be allowable to charge!!! I should have known when I saw... read more

Dr. Jain is a wonderful doctor. She always listens to all my concerns and get down to the problem. She is very kind and a great doctor. There is always a wait in the office before you can see her but that just confirms for me that she is a popular doctor. I would highly recommend her.

Unprofessional Office – While Dr. Jain was pleasant and professional enough, her office was awful to deal with. For example: On my first visit, I went to get my annual exam. After I asked them to confirm that my insurance would cover everything, less the copay, they assured me that I would be out the door for $15. A month later I got a $150 bill in the mail. Worst Dr Office Ever!! – I would give a long story of how I had to wait for HOURS in the waiting room, then another 45 MINS once I made it to the exam room only to be seen by the "Dr" for 15 MINS and be diagnosed with possibly having endo (only to later find out she was WRONG). I could talk about how RUDE her staff is and how they look at you like HOW DARE YOU COME TO THE WINDOW WHILE WE'RE BACK HERE HAVING OUR LAUGHS AND GIGGLES WHILE YOU SIT THERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME CAUSE WE TRIPLE BOOKED YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
