One thing I would recommend for the receptionist, as I am one myself, is to not separate new patients from returning patients when scheduling. Made me feel like my problem I need to be seen for isn't as important because it is my first time visiting the office. Guests want to feel like you care about getting them in to get taken care of just as much as anyone else. Knowledgeable, dedicated, patient, great teacher - Dr. Singh explained hair loss and treatment options in a clear, precise way during the Natural Hair Expo in NYC this weekend.
