For the 1st time in a long time I'm encouraged about find some effective relief for my eczema and seborrheic dermatitis. Dr. Singh and her PA were awesome to me on my 1st visit. The listened to all of my concerns and didn't make me feel rushed. Dr. Singh kept rattling of treatment options as each new issue was revealed. I am so very excited to have her as my dermatologist.
Today I drove 30 minutes to be told that they don't accept my insurance. I called weeks prior to schedule this appointment and again to verify my appointment time to make sure again that they accepted my insurance and was told yes so I took off work and drove 30 minutes in the rain to hand them my card and be told that they don't accept my insurance. I am pissed and the lady who answered the phone said she made a mistake there ate certain blue cross blue shields cards they don't accept but I can be seen as a self pay which c... read more
