There is a woman by the name of Chantel “ Executive assistant “that works there and is very rude to patients and or people. She lack common professionalism and in the healthcare industry that’s very concerning.
Medvenous was out of network for my insurance. Despite this they were able to get some coverage for two years. When United Healthcare decided to stop that coverage, Medvenous fought quite hard for over two months to get a review by a medical team. I was actually very impressed. Even after they had to discontinue my infusions, they called just to check in and make sure that my new provider was helping me. BEWARE worst experience in my life… I see why the turnover rate is so high here! It’s very toxic environment. Unorganized unprofessional! Very classless… extremely ghetto! BEWARE RUN! If you’re a patient RUN you will get a bill she’s out of network on all platforms!
