This was a bad experience overall. The nurse had terrible bedside manner, including opening the door to leave the room while I was in the middle of changing. Then, they sent me a bill without billing my insurance first. Lastly, they charged me for supplies that in the office I was told were free samples, leading to a much larger bill than was anticipated. If experiencing a similar situation, I would seek out a different clinic, even if I had to travel much further away.
