I called at 8:30 am and got my appt for 9:30. Nicest staff ever. I wasn’t feeling well and they were so kind, helpful and patient. Awesome to see this can actually take place in today’s world! Thank you so much!

I woke up and could not hear out of my left ear. Not knowing what happened, I set up an appointment at Medstar Promptcare on line. I was able to get an appointment within an hour on the same day. The nurses and doctor were all helpful and explained what they were going to do. I left with my ear fixed. It was just wax buildup, which I’ve never experienced, so I was very relieved and happy, to say the least.
