Spring 2025. I arrived at my appointment for a Cortisone shot. The receptionist told me my doctor no longer worked there so I would have to reschedule. No apology. No sympathy for me coming all the way there with arthritis. Told me to go speak to the supervisor but she didn’t point her out to me. She should be fired.
Not a long wait! Staff was nice and very professional!Treated with respect! No problems!
Great doctors and staff. Takes forever to get an appointment though. In the past, they cancel my appointment without telling me. I had to reschedule and the appointment was months out
